About
For over two decades I’ve brought complex blueprints to life — first with my hands, owning a pool construction company in Texas, and now in photorealistic 3D. The pivot came in Fort Worth, inspired by my wife Julie, freeing me to focus on the part of the craft I love most: design and visualization.
I don’t just make pretty pictures — I know how these structures are built. Excavation, plumbing, engineering: that knowledge means my permit-ready plans and 3D concepts are ones developers, architects and builders can actually execute. As a licensed Texas All-Lines Adjuster I bring forensic precision to every dimension, shadow and sightline — from luxury backyard renderings to courtroom-ready 3D animations for litigation attorneys.
Starting in late 2025 I taught myself a second career’s worth of skills, with Claude as my teacher: I built a private five-machine AI studio (dual RTX 4090s, 224 GB RAM, 84 GB VRAM, 100% local), wrote Python automation, stood up nine live websites on Cloudflare Workers, and shipped a family of companion apps with Stripe memberships, license gates and notarized code. Several of those sites now score a perfect 100/100/100/100 in Google Lighthouse on mobile — on every page.

Photorealistic 3D renderings and cinematic branded walkthrough films for pools, landscapes and outdoor living. Construction-ready blueprints for contractors, HOA submissions and municipal permits. How it runs
Local Ollama models on every node (Whisper for speech-in, Piper for speech-out), a 10Gb backbone, SSH keys from the hub to everything, Samba drops for scripts, and cron collectors on the two battery-backed nodes. Nothing phones home on the offline pair; the API bill is $0/month.
